EULA - End User License Agreement

ConcreteCost Estimator (ConcreteCost) is a Shareware product. This means that in order to legally use it
beyond the 7-day evaluation period, you must purchase it.
You may register your copy of ConcreteCost as follows:
By Mail: Make out and mail check or money order for $89.00 to CPR Software, P.O. Box 54512,
Jacksonville, FL 32245. Upon receipt, we will call or email you with your Authorization Code.
By Email: Email registration and payment method to cpr@cprsoft.com. Upon receipt, we will email
you with your Authorization Code.
By Phone: Call 1-904-220-0045 with your registration and payment method. We will provide your
Authorization Code at that time or by return of call.
After the 7-day trial period, ConcreteCost will cease to function.
Once you register ConcreteCost and receive your Authorization Code, enter it in the main screen.
This will cause your copy of ConcreteCost to become a legally registered copy licensed for one (1) user.
Benefits of Registration:
In addition to removing the 7-day trial limit, registering ConcreteCost unlocks the worksheets where city
indexes, cost factors and cost data are stored. You may then add, modify and customize such data to
suit your business and locality.

THIS PRODUCT (CONCRETECOST) IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO
THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CPR SOFTWARE FURTHER
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED OR STATED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT AND
DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CPR SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE,
RECURSIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
INFORMATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DISRUPTION OF FAMILY LIFE, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF
CPR SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE
SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO THE
RECIPIENT.
